I started with a chat with the recruiter, and then I had an interview that included a presentation.

The interview was with a support manager and team leads.

The presentation was about handling an angry customer, and while the process felt simple overall, I was disappointed that the requirement for certifications wasn’t covered well. I ended up needing to complete certifications within six months of probation, and retakes would be on my own expense. I still went through everything, but I didn’t end up getting the role.
