My experience started with clear scheduling, which honestly made it more upsetting.

The recruiter confirmed a time to speak, and I showed up expecting the conversation. Then I just didn’t hear anything—complete silence.

The next day, I got an email saying the role was filled. There wasn’t any real closure, and it didn’t feel like there was an actual process behind the scenes. The difficulty level wasn’t about the interviews themselves; it was about how the candidate experience was handled. I didn’t get an offer, and the whole thing left me feeling that my time wasn’t respected.
