I went through an online assessment first, followed by an HR interview.

The HR round was the deciding point for me—I didn’t pass.

What made it memorable was that the HR interview felt a bit underwhelming compared to what I’ve experienced elsewhere. There wasn’t much emphasis on really digging into who I was or how I would fit into the organization; it felt more generic than genuinely reflective or role-specific.

Even though the process was straightforward up to that point, I left without a strong sense of the process being particularly insightful, and I wasn’t able to move forward.
