My first round was compact but intense: I did two case segments, each around 30 minutes, one with a senior analyst and one with a partner.

That quickly set the tone for how directly they wanted me to work through business questions.

The final round was in person and felt heavier. I handled three cases with 30 minutes each, and I also had a CV panel interview as part of the same final-stage flow. The overall difficulty landed on the high side because the partner-level case interviews required a lot of clarity and control over the structure of my analysis.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process still felt serious and consultant-like—more about executing cleanly under timed pressure than about small talk.
