After applying, I went through an interview process that ended up feeling a bit uneven.

I interviewed with two people, and the styles were very different: one kept things structured and leaned into a STAR-style approach, while the other mostly wanted to talk, which made the flow feel awkward.

At the end, they told me I’d hear something within the next week. I didn’t. No follow-up ever came, and the whole experience left me with a lingering sense that the interview went fine, but the communication on their side didn’t match the momentum I was expecting.
