Hatfield, East of England, EnglandPosted Aug 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was asked to complete an online Codility test first, with three programming problems.

After I finished that, I was invited to an assessment day where I did two short paper-based tests: a logic test written in an assembly-style language and a Java test where I had to fill in parts of code. Then the process included a tour of the automated warehouse, talks from staff, and a free lunch.

The candidates who failed the tests were sent home, and the ones who passed went on to the usual technical interviews with coding prompts, general computing knowledge, and discussion of past experience. I ultimately didn’t clear the start stage, so I didn’t make it to the full interview rounds.
