I applied after finding their graduate programme on the website.

The process felt pretty straightforward on the surface: I put together a tailored resume, wrote a cover letter, and submitted everything through their online application. After that, I filled out a bunch of extra forms as part of the application flow.

I didn’t make it through to an offer from there, but the application stage itself was the main focus—more paperwork and tailoring than live interviews. Overall it felt like a standard graduate application funnel, just with enough forms and customization that it took time to complete.
