SpainPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was made up of several distinct stages: a technical call, pair programming, a whiteboard exercise, and a behavioural interview.

What stood out was how transparent and clear it all felt, with the interviewers being part of the tech team.

Because the people I spoke to were actually from the technical organization, the whole experience felt more grounded. The questions and the way they judged fit and skills didn’t feel detached from how the job would really be done.

I didn’t walk away with a strong sense that anything was hidden or overly vague, and that clarity made the multi-stage setup much easier to handle even though I still went through a lot of steps.
