Ocado Group Software Engineer interview experience

It started with an invitation from a recruiter, then I had HR, followed by a phone interview. After that there was an online test, then on-site tests, a technical interview, pair programming, and finally a motivation interview.

By the time I reached the last stage, I was completely drained. I didn’t really get to mentally recover between rounds, so even if individual parts were manageable, the sheer number of steps made everything feel heavy.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the main thing I remember is how tired I was by the end of it rather than any single question.
