The process stretched out over about a month, and it immediately felt disorganised.

One recruiter went on holiday and the other one didn’t seem to know anything about my recruitment, so I ended up having to guide them myself just to keep things moving.

I then went through a test project review that took about two weeks. After a positive signal, it still took another week and a half for the conclusion to land, and that’s where things got especially confusing: they didn’t want an engineer specialising in mobile applications anymore. Instead, they said they were looking for a React-focused frontend person, and the shift made the whole thing feel opaque from the beginning.
