My interviews came together after nearly four rounds, and I completed the documentation they asked for.

The timeline afterward was the part that damaged the experience: about a month passed and the offer letter never got processed. I eventually followed up, and the response was that the position had already been filled and they didn’t have budget.

It was hard to reconcile how long they waited to share that information after I’d gone through so many stages. I left feeling frustrated because the delay made the whole outcome feel uncertain until the end.
