I went through a pretty standard set of interviews: two technical discussions and one assessment round.

It felt like the structure was set up to confirm I could actually do the work, not just recite buzzwords. The overall vibe was professional and calm, and the people running it came across as technically solid.

What stood out to me was how smooth the interaction felt. The technical parts flowed in a way that matched what I had on my resume, and the assessment didn’t feel like a gotcha either. I left feeling like the interviewers had a real grasp of the role and expectations, which made the whole process feel fair. Ultimately I was selected, so the experience ended on a positive note.
