NTT DATA Software Engineer interview experience

My CV was found in an HR app, I was invited for an on-site interview, and once I finished that interview I received the result the very next day. After that, we discussed expected salary and the offer process started about a week later.

What made it feel especially tangible was the hiring-manager conversation—an in-depth, hour-long discussion that stayed focused on the kind of high-impact projects the team was tackling. Even though the manager seemed under the weather, they stayed engaged and committed to the interview, which made the whole experience feel seriously considered on their side.
