Right after applying, I got a call that was mainly about validating and clarifying details.

After that, the team went away to discuss the fit, and I waited through a short gap before I got a manager conversation.

The manager call followed a pretty clear, conversational path. Questions centered on my background and how my interests aligned with the role, and the overall pace felt organized rather than stressful. In the earlier stages, I also experienced the same kind of clarity: a call, then a knowledge-and-experience interview, and finally an HR conversation focused on cultural fit.

What made this journey feel different from tougher rounds was how easy it was to stay relaxed.
