My process was mostly two conversations and it felt more like information exchange than an interrogation.

One stage was with the company, and the other was with the client.

Both sides were very engaged and I felt like it was a genuine effort to extract the maximum context from both perspectives. The way it flowed made it easy to talk through my experience and understand what was expected, and the overall vibe was collaborative rather than overly formal.

I left the interviews feeling that the team learned enough to evaluate me fairly, even though I didn’t walk away with an offer.
