My path started with an introduction through a hiring agency, where the conversation was mainly about what to prepare for an onsite interview with NTT personnel.

Not long after, I joined a Zoom interview with a project manager and talked through the role and logistics.

Then I was invited onsite for a Senior Engineer interview. That final round was where the process became more directly technical, tied to the seniority and expectations of the work.

Even though it was only a few steps, the journey felt paced with clear transitions: agency prep, then a project manager screen, then the onsite technical interview.
