NOV Frontend Engineer interview experience

• Technical conversation with leadership — I spoke with a head developer and a project manager. They reviewed code I’d written in past projects and asked detailed questions about my skill set, while also discussing work that turned out to be much more advanced than what I’d done before.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that they were evaluating for a higher level of hands-on capability than I demonstrated.
