NOV Software Engineer interview experience

It felt like a first pass to understand how I explained my experience and whether my working style matched what the team was looking for.

About a week later, I went through a second round that was held in person. The structure was similar—part discussion of my technical experience and part a more personal, conversational walkthrough—but the interviewer dug deeper. Overall the process felt moderately challenging, and it didn’t end with an offer, but it was clear they were progressing me beyond an initial screening.
