San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a recruiter intro, and the technical part quickly made the vibe feel practical rather than gimmicky.

The first live screen was an hour and centered on React—something that was broken into smaller steps so I could build the result while talking through my approach. After that, the next stage was a virtual onsite with additional technical rounds and hands-on work that stayed close to day-to-day product problems.

Onsite, I went through coding and React-focused tasks, and I also had discussions that mixed in software design and behavioral/history questions. The overall experience felt mostly straightforward, with interviewers maintaining a neutral-to-positive tone when I explained my reasoning.
