Northwestern Mutual Financial Analyst interview experience

I remember enjoying the calling sheet they gave me because it let me practice referral and lead-generation work while I was moving through interviews.

I also went into the location a lot—six separate visits—during the interview period. Eventually, after all that back-and-forth, I was offered an official package.

Even though it wasn’t short, the repeated in-person time and the structured practice helped it feel more like ramp-up than surprise testing. By the end, I felt like I’d been immersed enough to understand what they wanted from me.
