Northwestern Mutual Corporate Finance Analyst interview experience

The first was with the recruiter, and the second was with a professional. Both were fairly conversational and centered on basic questions, with a clear emphasis on my resume—using it to tell a story and connect my background to the role.

The process didn’t feel hostile or overly formal, and it mostly played out like a structured conversation. I eventually decided not to continue.
