After an initial conversation, the process felt laid back and welcoming.

I was shown a presentation that walked through the role and what the day-to-day would involve, and the overall tone was pretty comfortable rather than intense.

What stood out is how much the timeline depended on certifications. After the original interview, they waited until I passed certain certifications before moving forward with any hiring decision, so it didn’t feel like the interview itself was the whole “make or break” moment. It was easy to follow, and the experience leaned more toward orientation than pressure.
