People came across as very kind, and the impression I got was that they genuinely wanted me to be there.

Both rounds I did felt pleasant, and they described what the job would look like rather than keeping everything abstract.

Scheduling was the only part that disrupted the momentum. They canceled my interviews twice—one time connected to a golf tournament—but it didn’t feel like an avoidable disaster; it was more of a logistical hiccup. Even with that, the interviewing experience stayed respectful and calm, and I left feeling like I had clarity on the role. It still didn’t lead to an offer, but the human side of the process was the strongest memory.
