I had a nice interviewer who was more focused on explaining things than digging into my personal background.

The conversation felt scripted, which surprised me a bit. I kept getting the same kind of pitch I’d experienced previously when I looked at an internship there.

The information was delivered clearly, but it didn’t feel like they were genuinely exploring whether my interests matched the role. It felt closer to a prepared presentation than a true back-and-forth interview.

I didn’t move forward to an offer, and the reflection I left with was simple: it could be a great fit for someone, but the format and tone weren’t what I was looking for.
