Los Angeles, CAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was a little odd because the interviewer talked most of the time and didn’t really ask questions to learn about me.

I appreciated hearing about the company and what they were all about, but it felt unbalanced—like my background and work experience weren’t actually part of the evaluation.

The conversation didn’t feel like a typical two-way interview. It was more of a one-sided overview, which made it harder to gauge how they viewed my fit for the role.

I didn’t receive an offer, and I remember leaving with mixed feelings: it was welcoming, but the lack of questions about me made the process feel less genuine than it could have been.
