Northwestern Mutual Financial Analyst interview experience

The conversations were personable and relaxed, and I wasn’t put under any noticeable pressure or stress. I remember feeling like I’d be able to get clear answers quickly, because the tone was friendly and they were happy to address my questions and concerns.

The whole experience didn’t have the “hard sell” energy I expected—at least not in the room. Instead, it felt like they were trying to make it comfortable enough that I would talk honestly about my interests and what I was looking for, without turning the process into a stressful gauntlet.
