Colorado Springs, COPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process took longer than I was used to, but it felt thoughtful and intentional.

The overall goal seemed to be reaching a mutual understanding rather than rushing toward a decision.

They were pretty direct about wanting to ensure the role wasn’t for everyone, and that message showed up throughout. It also felt like they wanted me to fully understand what I’d be stepping into before anyone made a commitment.

Even without an offer, the length of the process didn’t feel chaotic—it felt deliberate. My honest reflection was that I respected the idea of taking time to align expectations, even though the final outcome still didn’t work out.
