Appleton, WIPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter conversation that felt unusually welcoming, like the point was to make me feel part of the team right away.

The process then moved into different exercises where I had to generate names of people I knew, which stood out immediately because it wasn’t the typical résumé-only flow.

What surprised me most was how smoothly things progressed. I expected several more steps, but rather than sticking to a standard schedule, they moved me forward early to begin learning the process itself. Even though I never ended up with an offer, the overall vibe stayed positive and engaging, and it felt like they were actively trying to set me up to succeed from the start.
