Seattle, WAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I walked into the process with a clear sense of the time commitments.

After an initial recruiter screening call to check eligibility and fit, I had a hiring manager round next, followed by a panel-style conversation with multiple interviewers.

What surprised me was how much the loop emphasized covering the full stack of evaluation—fit and interest first, then deeper technical conversations. The technical side pulled from my backend experience with architecture questions, and there was also a frontend-focused segment where I discussed React at an advanced level and talked through unit-test-level expectations, all capped off with behavioral questions.
