Nones Customer Success Engineer interview experience

The interviewer seemed very chill, so I didn’t feel like I was walking into a high-pressure grilling session. I was able to have a normal conversation and answer in a way that felt clear.

I did not clear the second round, the final stage. Even though the interaction style was easygoing, the process still ended the way it ended, and I was left thinking about how I could’ve strengthened my final answers to match what they were looking for.
