Nones Software Engineer interview experience

I remember going through themes like robust error handling and input validation, and also discussing protections like rate limiting and throttling. Scalability came up too, with asynchronous operations and load balancing being part of the discussion.

I also covered performance-oriented database thinking—query optimization, indexing, and caching strategies—and the conversation briefly touched on a microservices-style architecture angle when systems get large. It felt like they were testing whether I could reason through practical reliability and scalability concerns rather than just theory.
