Nomura Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I joined a Teams interview where I spoke with the company’s IT Director, the team manager, and a team member. It wasn’t just a technical conversation—it felt like an opportunity to cover both technical fit and how well I’d slot into the organization.

Even though it was all happening remotely, the panel dynamic made it feel more formal than a typical quick screen. The questions weren’t described as wildly unusual, but the length and the range of people involved meant I had to stay coherent across both technical and organizational topics. I didn’t receive an offer.
