I started with a team-formation step, where the process kicked off by creating a small team of two.

The expectation was that I’d pair up with someone whose strengths complemented mine, since picking a good teammate was treated like a critical part of the process.

After that, the teams moved into an executive-summary round. We had to submit a concise proposal—capped at two pages—describing a solution to the given problem statement. It felt like a filter round right from the start, with the write-up doing most of the work to determine whether the process would continue for me. I didn’t end up getting an offer.
