One part of my interview experience was hard to ignore: the schedule ended up taking a long time.

The actual time I spent in the interview was about an hour, but the overall experience didn’t feel great because the process ran longer than it seemed should.

Even though I was eventually rejected, the difficulty didn’t come from challenging questions so much as from how drawn out and inefficient the interaction felt. It left me frustrated afterward, because it didn’t match my expectation of what an interview should be in terms of pacing and focus.
