The interview started with typical LeetCode-style questions plus behavioral prompts.

We also talked through my projects and experiences, which helped connect the technical part with my background.

What really stood out wasn’t the content—it was the attitude. The interviewers felt rude, especially an HR representative at an office in KL who came across as aggressive. Because of that, the process felt dragged out rather than smooth.

I didn’t receive an offer. I left with the uncomfortable feeling that the tone affected the experience more than the questions themselves, and that made it harder to be confident even when I was prepared.
