I had a four-round process where everything was very easy and only lightly technical.

The first round was a group JD-style session. If I passed that, the second round was HR, and then I had a managerial round with a couple of managers.

The final managerial round was semi-technical and centered on the electronics and communication side. Even with the domain focus, the overall tone stayed light and not overly challenging.

I received an offer, and the surprising part was how much of the process felt like coordination and fit rather than heavy technical screening.
