I had a phone call with the hiring manager first, followed by an interview with the team.

The hiring manager kept me updated, and the whole process moved relatively quickly. The focus was mostly on my resume and background rather than deep technical drills.

There were no Leetcode-style questions or very deep technical challenges. When technical questions came up, they stayed in the realm of explaining my background and how I’d contributed before. I remember leaving with the sense that they were screening for fit and communication as much as raw problem-solving.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience felt smooth and respectful, with a clear attempt to keep expectations
