Nokia Software Engineer interview experience

After that, there were two technical interviews. Those sessions focused on machine learning work—my machine learning projects, case studies, and coding questions.

The final round was a short discussion with the hiring manager about culture fit, timelines, and expectations. That last conversation felt more human and less technical, which made the process feel balanced: first proof of capability, then a check on how I’d fit.

I didn’t get the offer, and honestly the hardest part was carrying the machine learning depth alongside the coding questions without losing my structure.
