Nokia Software Engineer interview experience

The questions were fairly basic and came mostly from my resume, with a focus on whether I was genuinely willing to learn the technologies needed for the role.

It also came with an interesting timeline note: the opportunity could extend up to eight months based on need. Even with that uncertainty, the conversation didn’t feel hostile or overly technical, just direct. I received an offer, and I found it surprisingly refreshing that the discussion centered on learning and motivation rather than complex problem-solving.
