Nokia Software Engineer interview experience

The process was smooth and professional, and I genuinely appreciated the opportunity they gave me.

At the same time, it felt like the offer being discussed wasn’t for a full-time role—at that stage, they were only offering an internship.

I remember thinking it was a bit mismatched because the conversation implied there should have been room to reconsider the level of the role. There wasn’t a sense of the interview being rough or unfair, just that the final stage didn’t land where I expected it to.

I didn’t end up with a full-time outcome. My reflection was that the experience itself was fine, but the role alignment at the end didn’t feel right.
