I went into an onsite interview where the technical difficulty was high.

The questions covered C and C++ language fundamentals, but they also pushed into more advanced concepts. Near the end, they shifted into general operating system questions.

Even though the interviewer atmosphere was friendly, the depth made it feel like I was taking an exam. I had to stay sharp across many topics, and the pressure came from how much they expected me to handle without getting to breathe.

I didn’t get an offer, and the experience honestly left me thinking about how demanding the role’s fundamentals really were.
