Nokia Software Engineer interview experience

I only had one round with the manager, and the back-and-forth was conversational—mostly focused on my resume and general fit for the role.

Because the role was tied to ML, I got a couple of targeted questions around multicollinearity in data and how I would deal with messy or “clumsy” data. The vibe was straightforward rather than tricky, and the communication itself felt comfortable. I eventually received an offer, and I remember thinking it was the kind of process where clarity mattered more than proving you could handle a high-stakes puzzle.
