Nokia Software Engineer interview experience

Both rounds leaned on my past experience, but the first stage focused more on my technical background, while the second stage was more about what the role would look like day to day and what duties I’d be expected to handle.

I didn’t feel like the questions were trying to catch me off guard—more like they were mapping my experience to the actual work. It all stayed fairly easy and practical, and I ended up receiving an offer. Honestly, I walked out feeling like the interviews were less about performance under pressure and more about fit.
