I had a compact but hands-on onsite interview at Nokia Krakow headquarters.

The process included technical tasks plus some debugging in C++, and after that technical section they asked follow-up questions about my previous work.

The whole thing felt fairly easy for me compared to more intense coding rounds. It didn’t drag, and the tasks were concrete enough that I could show how I think while working through issues.

I received an offer. What I took away was that the experience rewarded practical familiarity—debugging and explaining my prior work carried more weight than trying to sound academic.
