I applied online and didn’t hear anything for about a month.

Eventually I was contacted and the interviewers were pretty friendly; they started by introducing the role and explaining how the company was organized.

The conversation felt more like an information exchange than an intense grilling. I was given a chance to connect my background with what the team was building, and the overall tone stayed comfortable.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was still easygoing and at least helped me understand where I might fit.
