Nokia Software Engineer interview experience

Later, I joined a really easy behavioral interview where I had to explain my code.

So instead of a long technical back-and-forth during the live session, the conversation focused on understanding what I’d submitted and walking through my decisions. It felt straightforward and not overly demanding in the moment.

I didn’t get an offer, but the interview itself felt less like a gate on coding ability and more like a check on whether I could clearly justify my approach.
