The process I went through was long and time-consuming, even though they were accommodating along the way.

It started with an online MCQ-based assessment that felt pretty standard.

After that, there was a two-day hackathon. That hackathon part added a lot of weight to the overall timeline, but it was also the stage where the bar felt more real in terms of effort and pace.

That’s pretty much as far as I got in the selection process, and I didn’t make it to the later stages. I didn’t get an offer, and while I appreciated their effort to keep things smooth, the extended timeline made the experience more draining than I expected.
