After applying, I went into a basic coding round that felt focused on straightforward string-style work.

They asked star-based and string-related questions, and the session lasted about an hour.

What helped me was being able to solve the questions during the live interview rather than getting stuck and talking only in theory. The experience felt like a clean test of fundamentals and execution.

I ended up receiving an offer. My honest reflection is that it wasn’t a complicated interview overall, but it rewarded momentum—once I stayed moving through the problems, the rest of the round felt manageable.
