My process followed a fairly classic structure: it began with a focus on data structures and algorithms, and then moved into system design.

I also noticed that having Kubernetes knowledge was treated as a significant bonus.

The coding portion was usually described as intermediate difficulty, so I was trying to balance clean problem-solving with systems-level thinking as the interview shifted gears.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the biggest takeaway was how clearly they were aiming at both coding fundamentals and broader infrastructure understanding. The challenge for me was aligning my answers across the coding-to-system design transition.
