Nissan North America Software Engineer interview experience

After that, the process moved to a final round that was in person with a handful of engineering leaders, around five managers total. The whole vibe felt structured but not overly harsh—questions were meant to probe both how I thought and how I’d fit into the team.

They asked behavioral questions about my experience and also showed strong interest in student engineering organizations like Formula SAE and Solar Car.
